Group Workout Instruction
Join the Yellow Belt Program or get access to all Group Instruction when you sign up on the Private Lesson Program. These 45 minute sessions will allow you to work using bodyweight exercises, heavy bag training, and hands-on with a partner while receiving immediate feedback from your instructor. All group classes are optional and there is no limit on attendance to available classes when you train on the Private Lesson Program.
