Through your self-defense training you will consistently increase cardiovascular fitness and build muscle strength. However, You have the option to develop skills and fitness in one-on-one or semi-private group classes in addition to your private lesson. This training includes heavy bag work, proper stretching techniques, weapons training, sparring, kickboxing, grappling, and techniques against an opponent.
