The friends and family program offers groups of up to 4 friends or family members to take private lessons together for one price. In addition, you can have up to 2 youth, ages 5-12, in our Youth Program at no additional cost. Private lessons will allow your family to work one-on-one with a certified instructor that customizes your lessons to you:

Our kids martial arts classes are designed for ages 5-8 & 9-12. The youth are the next generation of martial artists, therefore only our best certified instructors teach our youth program.

Blocking, striking and kicking are essential areas of focus to teach youth students the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness that they need to succeed. Developing strong blocking, striking, and kicking basics is the key to accomplishing the goals they set — whether that’s confidence, fitness, or competition.
Tournament sparring is a safe and constructive way for our youth to practice their kicking and striking strategies and gain confidence and courage in a controlled setting. Students are fully prepared for sparring with skills and drills that are adaptable as they grow and face new challenges.
Opportunities for growth in more ways than one. On this journey, youth students will find opportunities to become independent and goal-driven, and will gain the ability to be both a good leader and an active participant as they work with those around them.
